From the moment I entered the store through the delivery of my safe, I was treated in the best possible manner. I was shown several safes to fit the location as well as different price points. The lady that worked with me is incredibly knowledgeable and was not pushy in any manner. The 3 gentlemen that delivered my safe treated my home with the utmost respect, took the time to explain the locking mechanism and made sure I didn't have any remaining questions prior to their departure. During moving out of my house the movers couldn’t get my safe as it was too heavy. I called 2 other companies before I got to safe house. The first a truly horrific experience the second other worldly expensive. From the get go safe house were very helpful and customer service was fantastic. I had 2 wait a couple weeks but ultimately worth the wait. From start to finish process was simple and transparent and actually tunes out to be at a reasonable cost too.
